1. None appears for the petitioner even in the second round.

2. Learned counsel for the State, referring to the averments made in the reply, submits that the impugned transfer order has been cancelled and the grievance of the petitioner is no longer exists.

3. In view of the above submission made before this Court and upon perusal of order dated 28.11.2016 (Annexure R-1), it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and that is the reason why the petitioner does not seem to be interested to prosecute the petition anymore.
