Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/03/2017 The petitioner has challenged order dated 30/07/2016 by which, he has been transferred.

The reason for delay in filing this petition after almost 8 months is that in the month of July, 2016, the petitioner had suffered a fracture in his leg and he was receiving treatment, therefore, he could not approach this Court. 3.
The only ground of challenge is that at the time when the transfer order was passed, the petitioner had suffered fracture in his leg. Therefore, he has prayed for some adjustment because of medical treatment. 4.
Only on this ground, the respondent may consider whether the petitioner can be adjusted for some more time before requiring him to join at the new place of posting.
As representation has already been made, let it be decided by the
authorities within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
