The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime 481/2020 registered in Police Station Mahasamund, District Mahasamund (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 186, 332 & 506 of I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, on 9/09/2020 complainant Dhaneshwari, Nurse was performing her duty in the hospital, at that time the applicant came there and asked her to give injection and when the Nurse asked for OPD slip, the applicant assaulted her and ran away by snatching the injection.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is on parole, charge sheet in this case has been filed, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the fact that charge sheet has been filed and also considering the nature of allegation, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
