1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to protect the interest of adopted child on the pleadings inter alia that the petitioner has adopted the daughter of respondent no.3.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the Mohammedan Laws does not provide for any Law of adoption nor does it prohibit, the petitioner has an apprehension that in the absence of any protective umbrella of this Court, the petitioner or his adopted daughter may face some difficulty in future.
3. This petition filed by the petitioner is without any cause of action. The petitioner has not sought direction against any particular authority. As and when the petitioner has any cause of action to enforce his rights as adoptive father, it will be open for him to take recourse to remedy as may be available to him under
-2the Law.
