2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made applications for appointment on the post of Contingency Paid Employee before respondent No.3 i.e. Assistant Commissioner, Aadiwashi Vikash, Janjgir-Champa, which have not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, appropriate direction may be issued to respondent

No.3 to decide the same expeditiously.

3. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

4. Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending applications of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to file additional representation, if any before respondent No.3 for redressal of their grievance.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
