Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/07/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 31/01/2014, the petitioner was transferred but till date, transfer order has not been given effect to. He submits that the transfer order has not been executed. State shall consider this aspect. Once there is a transfer order, it is required to be complied with unless it is varied, cancelled or modified. Respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders within four weeks. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
