This appeal by the accused/appellant under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is directed against the order Dated 19.06.2020 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Bemetara, District- Bemetara, (C.G.) refusing to allow his regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The appellant is in jail since 11.01.2020 in connection with Crime No. 337/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of IPC, Sections 6 & 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (in short "POCSO Act") and Section 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989
registered at Police Station Nawagarh, District- Bemetara (C.G.). 2.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file at appropriate stage.

The prosecutrix and her father are present before this Court and they objected for grant of bail to the appellant. 4.
