1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. However, he submits that a direction be issued to the Court below concerned to decide bail application for grant of regular bail on same day upon filing application for regular bail after his surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, applicant, after his surrender, files application for grant of regular bail, learned Court below, if possible, may decide bail application on same day, in accordance with law.
