The prosecutrix is present before this Court virtually through the help desk of TLSA, Janakpur, District- Koriya (C.G.) and she has made statement that she has strong objection in grant of bail to this applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and also seeks issuance of direction to expedite the trial against the applicant.

In view of the above, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

The concerned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same, as early as possible.
