The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 493/2015 registered in Police Station Bemetara, District Bemetara (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 379, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 413/34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case, the applicant being RTO agent used to prepare false and fabricated registration papers which he got issued from RTO on the basis of forged documents which were being supplied by one Anil Shriwas. It is further case of the prosecution that stolen vehicles were being used with the help of the other co-accused and thereafter chechis number were changed and RTO certificate were issued. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that considering the allegation that applicant has only prepared false paper by computer no reliable evidence has been placed on record against this applicant and further he was discharging the work of RTO agent and only on the basis of document supplied by Anil Shriwas considering it documents were issued, therefore applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Having regard to the fact, considering the statement of Sumit, Raghuvir Singh who were working in RTO office that applicant was working as RTO agent on the basis of document supplied documents were issued, taking into account role played by this applicant, also taking into account allegation against this applicant and the fact that charge sheet having been filed and applicant is in jail since 30/09/2015, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
