(L) No. 110 of 2018 dated 14.06.2018, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, no case is made for contempt. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. (3) However, the petitioner is at liberty to move application for urgent hearing in the writ petition showing urgency in that matter.
