Learned State counsel points out that the transfer order of the petitioner has now been modified vide order dated 03.09.2016 and the petitioner has been now asked to work at the Forest Check Barrier, Balod, which is only 400 meter away from the earlier place of posting.

In this petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 09.08.2016, which no longer exists against the petitioner, therefore, the petition has to be disposed off. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed off, however, with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 03.09.2016 as may be permissible under the law.
