Prayer has been made for disposal of the petition on the same lines as ordered by this Court in WPC No.410/2017 filed by the petitioner earlier, though in respect of different bills.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to pay outstanding dues of the petitioner. 4.
Referring to the order passed by this Court in Om Sai Traders & Tent House v. State of Chhattisgarh & others {WPC No.2182/2015} and Om Sai Traders & Tent House v. State of Chhattisgarh & others{WA No.38/2015}, it is argued that the respondents are obliged in law to make payment of the undisputed amount. 5.
Considering the entire facts situation of the case and the previous orders of this Court, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner
prefers representation before the Collector, Raipur, for payment of the undisputed amount within a period of one month from today, the said respondent shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation for making payment of the undisputed amount by the concerned department at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of representation.
