1. Aggrieved by the order dated 14.07.2021 (Annexure P/1), the writ petition has been filed.
2. Vide the said order, the services of the petitioner i.e. the place of posting has been shifted from the Community Health Centre, Bhatgaon District Surajpur to the District Hospital Surajpur.
3. Considering the fact that the distance between the two place is too
short a distance which could cause any great inconvenience to the petitioner and also the impugned order specifically reflecting the administrative exigency, on the basis of which the requirement for issuance of Annexure P/1 was made, there is hardly any scope for this Court left to interfere with the same.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Meanwhile, however the petitioner, if he is aggrieved of Annexure P/1 in any manner would be at liberty to approach the authorities in the department by his suitable representation ventilating his grievances which if made shall be looked into by the authorities concerned.
