The petitioner, who is a Corporator of Nagar Parishad Bilha, has filed this petition assailing the decision taken and resolution passed by the body of Nagar Panchayat with regard to alteration of proposal of laying pipe line. 3.

The petitioner himself cannot challenge the decision taken in the Court, as he was a party to the decision.

Leaving it open for the petitioner to take such recourse as may be available to him under the law, as Corporator to question the earlier decision, the petition is dismissed.
