Heard on application for modification in the order dated 06.08.2021. The present CRMP has been filed for the reason that in the suspension order dated 06.08.2021, it appears that wrongly the name of Ms. Shriya Mishra on behalf of Mr. Mateen Siddiqui is shown, whereas she was appearing on her personal capacity.

In view of this submission, it is directed that the name of Mr. Mateen Siddiqui be deleted from the order dated 06.08.2021. The rest of the order shall remain as it is.

Consequently, CRMP stands disposed off.
