Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 23/11/2015

1. Learned Special Judge by its impugned order, directed the applicant to be released on 23-11-2015 to participate in the 13th day ceremony of his father's death at Gotegaon, District Narsingpur, Madhya Pradesh.

2. It is made clear that the applicant, if released on 23-11-2015, will come back on 27-11-2015 and he will bear all the expenses with regard to the constable deployed for him and accompanying him.
