1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are entitled for the benefit of time pay scale w.e.f 01.04.2012 which has not been considered and for which they have already made representation.

2. Mr. Sunil Otwani, learned State counsel, submits that Clarification/Circular dated 12.09.2012 has already been issued and the petitioners'

representation will be considered in accordance with Clarification/Circular dated 12.09.2012.

3. Be that as it may, respondent-authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' representation within six weeks

from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. However, petitioners are at liberty to make additional representation within two weeks from today.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
