Shri Anil Tawadkar, Advocate For Respondent/ State :
Shri Lav Sharma, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/08/2018 After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and that earlier application was rejected on merits, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail. However, considering that the applicant is in jail since 28/09/2017, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. If the witnesses are not turning up on summons, coercive steps shall be taken to secure the presence of the witnesses and all attempts shall be made to conclude the trial within three months. If that is not done, the applicant would be at liberty to revive the bail application. The bail application is accordingly dismissed. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Deepti
