However, considering that the applicant is in jail since 28/09/2017, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. If the witnesses are not turning up on summons, coercive steps shall be taken to secure the presence of the witnesses and all attempts shall be made to conclude the trial within three months.
