The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.08/2012 registered in Police Station Mainpur, District-Gariyaband (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B)/34 of IPC.

As per the prosecution case, the applicant in the year 2007 submitted forged certifiicate of Class XII and got job of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III and thereby the offence was committed. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and in the year 2012 he himself left the job by submitting resignation letter and the charge sheet in this case has been filed, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, especially the fact that the charge sheet in this case has been filed and all the evidence available in this case is documentary in nature and further taking into consideration that the applicant is in jail since 11/08/2016, this
court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
