The impugned order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Bharatpur, removing the petitioner from the post of Aanganbadi Worker, is appealable before the concerned Collector in terms of the State Government's circular governing the employees and other conditions of service of

Aanganbadi Workers and the Supervisors read with the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.

In view of availability of alternative remedy, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority.
