1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this contempt petition was filed when the petitioner had an impression that order of the Court is not being complied with. He submits that the petitioner has been allowed to join and is presently working.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that order of the Court has been complied with.

3. In view of the above submission made by leaned counsel for the respective parties, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.

4. Rule is therefore discharged and the petition is finally disposed off. The petitioner, however, would be at liberty to raise claim of salary by moving appropriate representation.
