Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 14/10/2020 1.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondent No.2 in not taking decision on the representation that the petitioner has filed in respect of the alleged encroachment made by the respondent No.4, whereby the respondent No.4 is said to have converted a village pond into an agricultural field with a request that the concerned officer may be directed to take an early decision.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
