Heard Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing the matter for some time submits that he may be permitted to place the documents, which is filed herein before this Court and may be permitted to file the bail application before the Court below and advance his argument on the basis of the documents so placed herein.

It is ordered, as prayed for. The applicant is permitted to do so.

With the aforesaid observation, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Court below shall decide the bail application, if any, filed by the applicant, without any observation made in this case.
