Learned counsel for the respective petitioners submits that during the pendency of these petitions, charge sheets which were issued to the petitioners and which were subjected to challenge in WPS Nos.1430, 1439, 1433 & 1516 of 2017 have now been withdrawn.

In that view of the matter, as far as petitions i.e. WPS Nos.1430, 1439, 1433 & 1516 of 2017 are concerned, cause of action does not survive. 4.

Accordingly, these petitions are finally disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
