After arguing some time, counsel for the Applicants seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file regular bail application before the trial Court after surrender of the Applicants before the said Court.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the Applicant. However, the trial Court is directed that in the event of surrender of the Applicants and filing of regular bail application on their behalf, the bail application shall be decided on its merit as early as possible, preferably on the same date of its filing.
