Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 25/10/2021 1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 03/08/2021 in connection with Crime No. 174/2021 registered at Police Station Seorinarayan, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506, 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
