1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 250 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 (for short 'the Code, 1959') against respondents No.3 to 6 for restoration of possession. The case was registered on 04.12.2019 vide Annexure P-3 and thereafter the

last date was given up till 12.06.2020 and thereafter no dates are given. He would further submit that when the enquiry was made it was revealed by the Naib Tehsildar that when he receives the notice then only he should come to the Court.

3. Perusal of the order sheet (Annexure P-3) would show that the case was started on 04.12.2019 and the last date was up till 12.06.2020. Once the proceedings have started the same cannot be kept in abeyance in the like nature, therefore, the respondent No.2 is directed to commence the proceedings within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and thereafter shall conclude the proceedings within a further period of 4 months and shall finally adjudicate the application filed by the petitioner. In the intervening period the parties of the proceedings under Section 250 of the Code, 1959 shall be noticed and opportunity of hearing be given to all the parties.
