1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehend his arrest in connection with Crime No.503/2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali Police Ambikapur, district Surguja Chhattisgarh for offence punishable under Section 420 of the I.P.C.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that after filing of the present anticipatory bail application, the applicant has been arrested, therefore, the anticipatory bail application has been rendered infructuous.
