1. During the course of the hearing, it has been revealed that appointment of one Shri Panitram Raghubahara is already under challenge in WPS 728/2015.

-22. It is further contention of the petitioner that it is on the appointment of the said Panitram Raghubahara that petitioner has been discontinued from service.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly pending the writ petition WPS 728/2015 the second writ petition for the same relief at this juncture may not be maintainable.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to ventilate his grievance in the said pending writ petition or after the outcome of the said writ petition, as the case may be. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rohit
