(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.144/2014 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 466, 468 of the I.P.C. and Sections 66-C, 66-D, 74 of I.T. Act.
(3) After arguing for a faily long time, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that out of 14 material prosecution witnesses, only 07 material prosecution witnesses have been examined before the trial Court as on today, therefore, direction may be given to the trial Court to expedite the trial and examine the remaining material prosecution witnesses, expeditiously.
(4) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(5) The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and to examine other material prosecution witnesses who have not been examined as yet. The trial Court shall not grant any adjournment to the prosecution witnesses and shall secure the attendance of the prosecution witnesses on the date fixed for their examination.
