The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.64/2016 registered in Police Station Jashpur, Distt. Jashpur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 457, 380 of IPC.

As per the prosecution case, a report was made by one Wilson Toppo on 20/03/2016 that he went out of the house and from the house one mobile, some documents of LIC, blanket, ear ring, cash of Rs.25,000/- and finger ring of silver were stolen. Subsequently, applicant was arrested and from the possession of the applicant one ear ring was recovered.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet in this case has been filed, seizure has already been made and no further investigation is necessary. She submits that there is no past antecedents to the credit of the applicant. Therefore, learned counsel submits that the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Perused the case diary and the documents. Considering the facts

and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation and also considering the fact that no past antecendents are to the credit of the applicant, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
