The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nonsettlement of the retiral dues payable to him on his retirement. 2.

According to the petitioner, working on the post of Steward, the petitioner stood retired from service on 30.06.2020. Though more than a year has crossed, the retiral dues payable to the petitioner has till date not been finalized. The petitioner has been repeatedly approaching the respondent authorities for settlement of his dues, but nothing substantial happened. 3.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this

juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to ensure that all the admissible retiral dues payable to the petitioner be processed and released at the earliest within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
