1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw instant revision with liberty to file an application for permission to sell the property in question given on supurdnama to the petitioner after filing of the charge sheet afresh and the same may be considered by the court below purely on its own merit without being influenced by the order dated 29-7-2015.

2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent submits that investigation is pending.

3. On due consideration, instant revision is disposed of without entering into merit of the case with liberty to the petitioner to file an application afresh for the prayer already made after filing of the charge sheet. The Court below is directed that if such an application is filed by the petitioner, the same be disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law without being influenced by the order dated 29-7-2015.
