Learned Counsel for Petitioner at the outset makes a limited prayer that the present Writ Petition may be disposed of at this juncture directing Respondents No.2 & 3 to take appropriate decision on the representation that the Petitioner has moved against the Order dated 11.8.2021 whereby Respondent No.5 has been made Cluster Academic Coordinator at the Cluster Ruppur, Block Wadrafnagar, District Balrampur Ramanujganj. 2.

The limited prayer made by learned Counsel for Petitioner is not opposed by learned Panel Lawyer appearing for Respondent-State. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing Respondents No.2 & 3 to take appropriate decision on the representation of Petitioner in accordance with the regulations and guidelines governing the field, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
