This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 27/2018, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.

The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 23.04.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1891 of 2018. 3.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any new

good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
