1. The applicants have preferred this application u/s 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as they are arrested on 10.07.2020 in connection with Crime No. 16/2020 registered at Police Station Dugli District Dhamtari (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 306/498 (A)/34 of IPC.

2. As per the prosecution case one Devki Yadav committed suicide by hanging on 29.05.2020 as she was subjected to torture and the applicant Punaram Yadav (father-in-law) and Ghanshyam Yadav (husband) have abetted her to commit the offence.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that there is no direct evidence to substantiate the fact that the applicants abetted the deceased to commit suicide. He further submits that charge sheet has been filed, therefore, the applicants may be enlarged on bail.

4. Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail and went through the statement of the brother of the deceased.

5. Perused the case dairy and considering that the charge sheet has been filed and no further evidence would be required and the applicants are in jail since 10.07.2020, I am inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
