Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has continuously remained posted in the scheduled area for the last 25 years, this time again the petitioner has been transferred within the scheduled area instead of considering his case for transfer to any other station outside the scheduled area, which is violation of clause 2.1 of the Circular dated 03.06.2015.

Considering the provision contained in clause 2.1 of the Circular dated 03.06.2015 and the fact that the petitioner remained posted in scheduled area for last 25 years, the respondent should consider

the petitioner's case for posting him outside the scheduled area within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
