Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 21/03/2017 At the outset counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 03.08.2015 and also to intimate her in this regard. 2.

Counsel for the State submits that the recruitment process which is under challenge is of the year 2013 and the representation which is being sought to be decided is of the year 2015 and there also appears to be a delay in filing of the present writ petition.

3.

Be that as it may, the only prayer of the petitioner is that she may be apprised as to on what ground she has been found ineligible in the said recruitment process. This Court does not find any good reason to keep the

petition pending any further only for ascertaining on what ground the petitioner has been found ineligible in the recruitment process. 4.

Thus, let the respondent no.2 inform the petitioner her ground of ineligibility and give a copy of the same. Let this exercise be done within a period of 90 days form the date of presentation of the certified copy of this Order. 5.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Bhola
