1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the less amount of GPF money paid to the petitioner upon his retirement.

2. The petitioner was working under the respondents on the post of Assistant Grade-II under the respondent no.2 got retired from service on crossing the age of superannuation w.e.f. 31.10.2020.

3. According to the petitioner at the time of retirement in his GPF Account there was a credit balance of Rs. 4,65,157/-. However, when the actual payment was made, the petitioner received only Rs. 1,63,575/-.

-24. Contention of the petitioner as also for the respondent no.3 seems to be the dispute in respect of entries made in the GPF Account of the petitioner. Since the matter pertains to the GPF amount payable to the petitioner and entire dispute can be resolved upon the scrutiny of the GPF Account of the petitioner maintained in the office of respondent no.2 and also in the office of respondent no.3 supported with any relevant documents in respect of his GPF Account which the petitioner has, let respondent no.3 call upon the GPF Account of the petitioner from the office of the respondent no.2 and thereafter let respondent no.2 & 3 call upon the petitioner also for personal hearing before finalizing his GPF dues and withdrawals made by the petitioner, if any from his GPF Account and entire account be settled at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
