Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/04/2017 The petitioner has approached this Court again in the second round of litigation because his appeal is still pending consideration. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal has been heard finally and the order has not been passed. Therefore, the petitioner has rushed to this Court.

Considering the stage of appeal of the petitioner, I need not keep this matter pending. It is expected that the order in appeal shall be passed as early as possible. If it is not done in 30 days, the petitioner would be at liberty to

revive this petition.

The petition is accordingly finally disposed off. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Deepti
