1. The petitioner has filed this contempt case for noncompliance of the order dated 2.7.2021 passed by this Court in WPS No.3197 of 2016.

2. When the matter is taken-up for hearing, Mr.Animesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor, on instructions, would submit that order dated 2.7.2021 passed in WPS No.3197 of 2016 has already been considered and representation has been rejected by the respondent/contemnor by order dated 28.6.221 and placed a copy of the order dated 28.6.2021 on record.

3. Since the petitioner's representation has been considered and rejected, the contempt case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the order dated 28.8.2021 in accordance with law.
