1. Reply filed by the respondent is perused. On affidavit, it has been stated that due to official lapse, the order of the Court was not placed before the respondent which led to passing of the order earlier on 17.2.2017, but as soon as it was brought to the notice of the authority, the same has now been withdrawn on 11.4.2017.

2. Considering the aforesaid affidavit and the order, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
