An affidavit has been filed along with letter dated 10-08-2017, which shows that the pension case of the petitioner has been prepared and sent for sanction to the Deputy Director (Pension) and also for payment of family benefit amount. The Director is present in the Court today and assures that the payment of the benefits of the petitioner i.e. widow of the deceased employee
shall be expedited and necessary directions shall be issued to all the officers concerned so that all the dues be released at the earliest. 3.
In view of the reply filed and the submissions, which have now been made before this Court today, I am inclined to dispose off this petition. 4.
Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction that the dues, which are to be paid to the petitioner, be settled within a period of three months. The petitioner may submit a copy of this order in the office of the respondent No.3-Municipal Corporation informing that he is under an obligation to take all necessary steps for release of pensionary benefits, which the petitioner is entitled as widow of the deceased employee.
