1. The present Writ Petition has been filed assailing the order dated 24.08.2016 whereby the benefit of 'Kramonaati' the time bound pay scale which was earlier granted to the Petitioners vide order 23.08.2016 has been cancelled.
2. This Court at the outset is not inclined to entertain the Petition for the simple reason that the there does not seem to be any representation or any appeal been preferred by the Petitioners against the cancellation order before the higher authority in the department or the competent authorities itself.
3. The Petitioners seem to have straightaway approached this Court by way of the present Writ Petition.
4. In view of the same, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the Petitioners to ventilate their grievance by approaching the higher authorities in the department. Only thereafter if their grievance survives, the Petitioners may approach this Court.
5. With the aforesaid observation the present Writ Petition stands dismissed.
