1. The writ petition was filed assailing the model answer published in respect of the written examination conducted by the respondent no.2 pertaining to the recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor (Geography) arising out of the advertisement published by the respondents on 18.02.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, during the course of hearing, it has been revealed that subsequent developments have taken place and the final results itself have now been published.

3. In view of the same, the present writ petition as such has become infructuous.

4. However, the right of petitioner stands reserved to the extent that if she so wants, to challenge the subsequent development by way of a fresh writ petition or filing objection before the authorities concerned as the case may be.
