This is a second application for grant of anticipatory bail. 3.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that earlier application for grant of anticipatory bail was moved, which was rejected by this Court on 12-03-2013. However, the department has subsequently reinstated the applicant by withdrawing the suspension order on 10-02-2016. It is also submitted that the petitioner is going to retire after eight months.

The reasons, which have been assigned, do not make out a case for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. Earlier bail application was rejected on 12-03-2013 and that the petitioner has not surrendered, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. The application is therefore, rejected. However, considering all other aspects of the matter, it is observed that if the applicant surrenders and apply for grant of regular bail before the trial Court, the same shall be considered and decided by the Court below preferably within two days, if possible.
