This application (MCC) has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the order passed by this Court on 10.08.2016 in WPS No. 3605 of 2016.

Learned State counsel submits that as the husband of the writ petitioner is posted in another department, some more time may be granted to explore possibility to adjust husband and wife together by posting them at same station or at nearby station. 3.

Considering the submission, further time of four weeks is granted. 4.
