At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly submit that by virtue of notification dated 22-6-2017 the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur (AIIMS, Raipur) has been notified under the provisions of Section 14 (3) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. Applying the said enactment to the AIIMS, Raipur, the present matters are required to be transferred to the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) at Jabalpur.

Copy of the notification has been placed before this Court for perusal.

Considering the notification dated 22-6-2017, all the writ petitions are transferred to the CAT, Jabalpur. 4.

The interim order passed earlier by this Court shall remain in operation till it is varied, modified or dealt with in any other manner by the CAT, Jabalpur.
