The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of WPS No. 905/2017 which got dismissed by a peremptory order passed on 22.02.2017. On 22.02.2017 this Court had granted two weeks time to remove the default which the petitioner could not remove till the stipulated period. As a consequence, the writ petition got dismissed. The petitioner has now removed the MCC for restoration of the said writ petition. Considering the reasons and contents assigned therein, the present MCC is allowed and it is directed that subject to the applicant depositing cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Chhattisgarh High Court (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society, WPS No. 905/2017 shall stand restored to its original number. The restoration of WPS No. 905/2017 would be made only if the petitioner removes the default as pointed out by the Registry in WPS No. 905/2017 within a period of 15 days from today, failing which the effect and operation of the order passed in the present MCC would lose its efficacy.
